Design Project

Thanks for considering working with me on a DESIGN PROJECT! This is what I need from you to get started on your project.

Timeline:

Turn around time from deposit and receiving the assets is 2-3 weeks, however, depending on my schedule I can try to make it happen earlier if possible. Let me know your timeline and if it needs to be done earlier I will do my best to accommodate it.

Down Payment:

Before I can start I require a 50% down payment. payable to venmo @tobias-berblinger or Paypal + 3% to design@tobiasberblinger.com If those options don’t work for you, let me know and we can figure out a different plan!

Reference Material:

I love reference material, the more I have the more likely you will be pleased the results.

It’s my desire to create something that you will love, and if a design isn’t working I’ll do my best to pull it in line to your vision, but since this is a sliding scale project I am not able to do many revisions.

Dimensions and print specs:

In order to get started I need the specific dimensions and print specs of the final deliverable artwork. If there is a manufacturer’s specific template I will need that as well!

Assets and Copy:

Before I can start the project I need any copy and useable assets. For the copy please ensure it is as close to verbatim as possible in the order you’d like to see it on the final design.*

If there are photos or artwork, please send them at a print ready high-resolution; i.e. 300 DPI at largest album art dimensions, CMYK color. Let me know if you have any questions about this!

the client is responsible FOr making sure they are cleared to use any photos and assets from the copyright holder. Please do not send me photos or artwork that hasn’t been cleared.

*I do not take responsibility for typos. Please carefully proof all copy before you’ve sent it and through every iteration of review.

Printed Materials:

When you print the releases, I ask that you save 1 for my archive, and give them to me or mail to:
